| 1 | Software Corrections commonly called as Defects/Discrepancies in AETINS terminology |
Corrections made to the Software and related documentation in line with AETINS Malaysia’s current published specifications, in respect of defects that are discovered by the Customer and reported to AETINS. This service is performed under defined SLA.
It does not include defects caused by modification, revision, variation, translation or alteration of the Software not authorised by AETINS; incorrect/improper use of the Software; equipment fault; operator errors& data migration. |
| 2 | Software Improvements | Result from the continuous testing by AETINS to further improve the quality of its applications. These improvements are made available from time to time and the service is at AETINS discretion. |
| 3 | Software Release | Subsequent dot revision updates of the Software that are made available by AETINS to its customers from time to time. These patches may consist of package releases, Software Corrections, and/or Software Improvements. However it does not include the release of any Software Enhancements. This service is at AETINS discretion. |

Business and technical changes made to the Software by AETINS, provided to the Customer upon requested. Such Change Requests are approved by both, the customer and AETINS. This is treated like a mini project with an approved budget from customer. |
