Organisation Structure

Our organisation structure is known as molecular organisation. It is skill-based organisation where a member in the organisation is hired for the primary skill and the member is also selected to participate or involve with other secondary skills in various teams if recognised and required. We have members shown up with secondary skills being better than the primary skills. Hence in most cases switching takes place. Everyone performs by the role.
